Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for long-term security with a national housebuilder?

We’re working with a well-established, highly regarded developer who has an excellent opportunity based in Glenrothes, Fife — with a clear pipeline of future sites across Fife, Dunfermline and Perth.

The Role:
• Manage an existing live development with approximately 80 units remaining
• Lead the site through to completion over the next 2 years
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery
• Work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to deliver a high-quality product

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding
