Based on a flagship site in Winchburgh, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through every stage of the new homes sales journey – from first enquiry to handing over the keys.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the sales process for new homes on a busy, high-profile development
• Building rapport with potential buyers and providing an outstanding customer experience
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth completions
• Maintaining accurate records and following company sales procedures
• Working weekends as part of your standard rota (with two consecutive days off midweek)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in new homes sales (with a national or regional housebuilder)
• A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for quality and pride in representing a premium brand
• Full UK driving licence and your own transport

What’s on Offer

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000
• £1,500 annual car allowance + 45p mileage
