Site Angels is working exclusively with one of the UK’s leading national housebuilders to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for its West Central Scotland division.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day delivery of a busy residential development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the Site Manager with the daily management of the development
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Monitoring build quality and progress against programme
• Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently maintained
• Carrying out inspections and assisting with snagging
• Helping to deliver completed homes to an exceptional standard
• Building positive relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and customers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding
• A strong understanding of new-build construction
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach with high standards of quality
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications
• A genuine ambition to progress within site management
