The role

As Sales Advisor, you will provide an exceptional service to customers throughout their entire home-buying journey, from their initial enquiry and first development visit through to reservation and completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to enquiries and following up prospective purchasers
• Conducting development and show-home viewings
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Guiding purchasers through the reservation and sales process
• Maintaining regular communication with buyers
• Managing customer information and sales administration accurately
• Working closely with the construction and customer care teams
• Ensuring the sales area and show homes are presented to an excellent standard
• Working towards realistic and achievable sales targets

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous new-build property sales experience
• A confident, friendly and professional approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• The ability to manage multiple purchasers and priorities
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends as required by the development rota
