Site Angels is recruiting two Assistant Site Managers on behalf of one of Scotland’s leading housebuilders.

The role

Working alongside the Site Manager, you’ll help oversee the successful delivery of new-build housing developments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and materials
• Monitoring build programmes and helping keep works on schedule
• Ensuring all work meets the required quality standards
• Maintaining excellent health and safety practices
• Completing site inspections and relevant documentation
• Assisting with snagging, handovers and customer care
• Supporting and motivating the wider site team

About you

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding
• A strong understanding of new-build residential construction
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach to quality and health and safety
• The ability to build strong relationships with trades, subcontractors and colleagues
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• A full UK driving licence
