This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional home-buying experience.

The Role

As the face of the development, you will be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their new home journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers
• Conducting development and show home tours
• Managing customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Achieving sales targets and conversion rates
• Maintaining accurate records and sales documentation
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal departments
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within new homes sales
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and administration abilities
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• Flexibility to work weekends and development opening hours
