We’re seeking a commercially astute Estimator to support high-end residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through to final account.

This role combines estimating, procurement and commercial management — playing a key role in project profitability and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

• Measure quantities and analyse subcontractor returns

• Manage budgets, CVRs and financial reporting

• Support procurement and subcontract management

• Control variations and change management

• Work closely with site and design teams

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or equivalent)

• Proven Estimator / QS experience in construction

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Commercially driven and detail-focused
