You’ll take ownership from pre-start to completion — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project planning and programme management

• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors

• Monitor quality and ensure build standards

• Manage budgets, variations and forecasting

• Act as primary client contact

• Drive H&S compliance and risk management

About You

• Proven track record managing construction projects

• Strong knowledge of UK construction processes

• Commercial awareness and cost control capability

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple live projects

• Full UK driving licence essential
