As Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and develop the estimating function, influencing bid strategy, building relationships with subcontractors, and delivering high-quality commercial submissions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the estimating process from enquiry to bid submission

• Drive accurate cost analysis, tender preparation, and commercial evaluations

• Collaborate with Project, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver competitive, winning bids

• Mentor and support junior estimators and growing team members

• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in Tier 1 / Tier 2 contracting environments

• Strong technical and commercial understanding within construction or specialist trades

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a supportive, small-team environment
