This is a senior, visible role within the business, suited to a commercially driven sales leader with a proven track record of maximising performance, leading teams, and consistently delivering legal completions.

The Role

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing on-site sales team

• Drive sales strategy across multiple developments

• Maximise reservations and legal completions

• Maintain exceptional customer experience standards in line with 5-star expectations

• Work closely with senior management to support business growth

The Package

• Basic salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE

• Commission: £20,000 – £25,000 paid monthly, based on legal completions

• Additional earning potential: £10,000+
