We’re working in partnership with a leading 5-star national housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for their flagship development of over 1,000 homes in Falkirk.

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead a major project and oversee delivery of a wide mix of private and housing association homes, flats, and houses.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Take full responsibility for managing and delivering the flagship Falkirk development.

• Oversee and mentor a site team (2 Site Managers + 1 Assistant).

• Ensure high-quality build standards across a range of housing types.

• Drive programme, budget, and health & safety compliance.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

About You

• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within housebuilding.

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-phase residential developments.
