We are working with a 5-star national housebuilder who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 170-unit multi-phase development of detached and semi-detached homes in Winchburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on a multi-phase housing development.

• Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes on time and to budget.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, NHBC, and Premier Guarantee standards.

• Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the build process.

• Report regularly to senior management and contribute to overall project success.

About You:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager in volume new build housing.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or White) card essential.

• Passionate about delivering quality homes and excellent customer care.
