Site Manager – Housebuilding

I’m working with a 5-star national housebuilder known for their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and site safety – and they’re now looking for a driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a brand new multi-phase development of detached and semi-detached homes in Renfrewshire.

• A proven background as a Site Manager with experience on volume new build housing sites
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Black or White) card
• A sharp focus on build quality, NHBC standards, and customer care
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a site team to successful delivery
